Lateness Policy
Please note that we operate a strict no-refund policy for in-person training sessions missed due to non-attendance or late arrival. Candidates who miss their scheduled course may rebook, subject to full payment. To protect the quality and integrity of our training, our trainers reserve the right to refuse entry where essential elements of the course have already been missed. We strongly recommend planning travel in advance to avoid delays. Training dates may be rescheduled at no additional cost when requests are made at least 48 hours prior to the course date.

Refund
A full refund will be issued if the training cannot proceed as planned due to logistical issues or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided if you choose to cancel after booking. However, training dates may be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made more than three days before the course date.
