REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a course or made an accidental purchase, please contact us with your order details and we will guide you through the process.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will be considered for a full refund or transfer to another date. Our training is aligned with the UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) and meets NHS and CQC mandatory training requirements. Certificates are widely accepted across NHS trusts, care homes, and healthcare agencies.

PMVA

No prior experience is required for the Full PMVA Course. It is suitable for care workers, healthcare professionals, support staff, and agency workers entering or working in high-risk care environments.

The Full PMVA Course is a comprehensive programme for those who have not previously completed PMVA training. The PMVA Refresher is a one-day update for professionals who have already completed the full course and need to renew their certification.

Yes. All our PMVA training is delivered by GSA (General Services Association) registered instructors.
