WHO REQUIRES THIS QUALIFICATION?
This qualification is designed for individuals who want to gain knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions, how to recognise signs of mental ill health, and the skills to provide basic mental health first aid and signpost to appropriate support.
It is ideal for anyone who works with, supports, or cares for others — including workplace staff, educators, care workers, and volunteers.
